Objective
opengate ran on chats, spreadsheets and memory. The goal: one place where each person starts the day and sees what needs them, from clients to hiring to the website.
Scope
A daily brief that ranks what needs attention now, today and later.
Every client with its next action, every project with what blocks it, and hiring from opening to offer.
A library of 130 company documents, each visible only to the people allowed to see it.
The website's search, traffic and speed from every search engine in one table, and 11 automations with when each last ran.
27 ready-made data tools, so an AI assistant can answer questions from the company's real figures.
Results
In daily use at opengate, and now offered to clients as opengate Command.
My part
I designed and built it, and I run it day to day as opengate's COO.
