I started close to operations and communication: high-stakes interpretation, content moderation and compliance, and digital content across Europe and the US. That is where I learned how businesses actually run, and where they break.
Then I moved into building the fix. I taught myself to build automation systems: integrations, workflow pipelines, and AI agents that replaced the manual work real teams were drowning in.
Today I am Operations Lead and Systems Architect at a B2B technology and consulting company, running enterprise delivery from first audit to production across Kazakhstan and Central Asia, and taking select projects building the same operating systems for other teams.

Scope the real problem, get the right people in the room, and ship what the business actually uses. I architect the operating layer end to end.
Now
As Operations Lead and Systems Architect, I run daily operations and optimize the processes behind them, oversee teams, and manage projects to on-time, high-quality delivery. I design and stand up the operating systems for marketing, sales, recruitment, project delivery, and client acquisition, and I build the same kind of systems for select outside teams across web, automation, data, and AI.
