This site is operated by Jantore Suleimenov (the “operator”, “I”, “me”), an independent systems architect. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact zhantoresuleimen@gmail.com. For the purposes of the GDPR, the operator is the data controller for personal data processed through this site.

Only the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Contact form data: your name, email address, the message you write, and an optional website URL, submitted only when you choose to send the form.
• Booking a call: when you book a call, your name, email address, chosen time slot, and the timezone your slot is displayed in, plus optional details you may add (team size, how you heard about me, and a short message). This is used solely to schedule and conduct the call.

The site currently runs no analytics or tracking scripts and sets no tracking cookies. No special-category data is requested, and the site is not directed at children.

Personal data is used to:

• reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a possible engagement;
• schedule and conduct a call you book, including adding it to my calendar and sending you a confirmation;
• operate and secure the site, including basic spam protection on the contact and booking forms.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

• Legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site, balanced against your rights.
• Steps prior to a contract when you contact me or book a call about working together.

A small number of trusted providers help run the site:

• A cloud hosting provider hosts and delivers the site.
• An email delivery provider delivers transactional email, namely contact form messages and booking confirmations.
• A calendar provider stores a booked call as a calendar event so the call can be scheduled.

Each operates under its own terms and applicable data-processing agreements, and the specific providers can be named on request. Where data is transferred outside your country, it is protected by recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Contact messages and booking details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, conduct the call, and manage any resulting relationship, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data held about you, and request a copy;
• correct inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data;
• delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you also have the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. This site does not sell or share your personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your rights.

This site does not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA or comparable US state privacy laws. There are no analytics or advertising partners, and no online identifiers are disclosed to any such partner. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated and an opt-out mechanism will be provided before any such activity begins.

Email you receive from this site is transactional: a direct reply to an enquiry you started. Any future commercial or marketing email will follow the US CAN-SPAM Act and comparable rules: an accurate sender line and an honest subject, a clear way to unsubscribe in every message that is honored promptly, and a valid physical postal address. A postal mailing address is available on request by emailing zhantoresuleimen@gmail.com. You can opt out of any non-transactional email at any time.
