Build
I build the system end to end, the website, automation, data pipeline, or AI layer, documented and tested.
I build in focused increments, show working software early, and document as I go. You are never handed a black box: the system is tested, observable, and yours.
Run
Ongoing tuning and expansion on a simple monthly basis, so the system keeps paying off as you grow.
Most systems are worth more the longer they run. On a simple monthly basis I tune, extend, and add the next layer, so the operating system grows with the business instead of going stale.
