This is the professional portfolio of Jantore Suleimenov, an independent systems architect. The site presents past work and the services offered. It is informational: nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation.

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before that work begins, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

The design, text, code, and visual material on this site are owned by the operator unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and related rights. Client work is shown with permission and is anonymized; the underlying systems and confidential details remain the property of the respective clients. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without permission.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to breach its security, scrape it abusively, or disrupt its operation;
• submit false, infringing, or malicious content through the contact form.

The site may link to external services and resources. Those are provided for convenience only; the operator does not control them and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

The content on this site is protected by copyright. If you believe material here infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to zhantoresuleimen@gmail.com that includes:

• your contact details and your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
• identification of the material in question and where it appears on the site;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Valid notices are handled under the process of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); more information is available from the US Copyright Office at copyright.gov. If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of business, without limiting the mandatory rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you keep the protections of your local consumer law, and disputes may also be brought before the courts or alternative dispute bodies available to you there.
