Problem

A solo-led marketing and creative agency had one strategist as the bottleneck for every client: discovery, positioning, campaign management, reporting. The work that filled the week was the kind a capable team would handle, but there was no team. The goal was to give one strategist the leverage of several, so their time went only to the work that genuinely needs a human.

Build

An operating layer of coordinated automation. It runs a set of specialized workers that research competitors, shape positioning and strategy, write the copy, produce the materials, and plan the posting calendar across top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel stages. Around it, a weekly reporting workflow turns raw ad data into a client-readable performance view, and lead intake runs through a multi-stage pipeline tracker. The agency's own marketing website was designed and built in the same engagement, and is available to walk through in detail on request.

How it works

The point is leverage, not volume. The system carries the layered, mid-to-senior work that used to demand a full team, research, strategy, copy, and planning, so a single strategist can run more clients at a higher standard without the output degrading. It is built to be driven, not left alone: the strategist sets direction and judgment, and the system does the heavy lifting underneath.
