Web, SEO, and live operations analytics

Hospitality and food-service businesses

An operating system for hospitality venues

For several food-and-beverage businesses: an owned, SEO-built site plus a live dashboard over sales, stock, and supplier data, replacing after-the-fact reporting.

Problem

Several hospitality businesses were running on hosted page-builders that had hit their ceiling: no real reservation handling, manual translation, and no programmatic SEO. None had a live view of trade either, relying on whatever the point-of-sale reported after the fact, with stock and supplier information living in separate spreadsheets. They needed an owned web presence and a real-time read on the business.

Build

The same system, fitted to each venue. An owned site rebuilt on Next.js with a strict, compile-enforced multilingual setup, consent-gated analytics, and reservation and event forms. Alongside it, a live operations dashboard backed by a sales warehouse that reads order data straight from the point-of-sale and folds in stock and supplier information, rendering revenue by hour, a menu-engineering view, service speed, payment split, and average check on a mobile-first screen that refreshes itself.

How it works

The leverage is that it is one system, not one project. The web stack and the analytics warehouse are built to be re-fitted per venue rather than rebuilt, so each new business inherits a proven SEO foundation and a working live dashboard instead of starting from a blank page. Reliability came first: forms run through inline API routes on a service account so there is no token to expire, behind a multi-gate spam stack, and each live domain moved off its old host with zero email downtime by changing only the web records and leaving every mail record untouched.

Outcome

  • /Each venue moved to an owned stack on its production domain, with a valid certificate, strict security headers, and transactional email that survived the switch.
  • /Owners get a live read on the business, revenue, menu performance, service speed, stock, and supplier data, instead of after-the-fact reports.
  • /SEO and structured data grow automatically from the language list, so each site is built to be found.

At a glance

  • One system re-fitted across several hospitality businesses
  • Sales warehouse over point-of-sale, stock, and supplier data
  • Live dashboard: revenue, menu engineering, service speed
  • Multilingual and compile-enforced, with automatic SEO

Role

Sole builder of the web and analytics system across each venue: point-of-sale integration, the sales warehouse, internationalization, SEO, form backends, security hardening, and the production DNS cutovers.
